Protein

Protein is the building block of muscle.  Athletes have higher protein needs than sedentary individuals.  Consuming the right amount of protein at the right times will help you build lean muscle, aide in muscle recovery from training, and avoid loss of muscle while losing fat.

Carbohydrates

Carbohydrates are your body’s preferred source of energy.  Athletes tend to have very high carbohydrate needs compared to the general population.  When eaten in the right amount at the proper time, they will fuel your performance and ensure proper recovery.

Fat

Dietary fat is a misunderstood and undervalued contributor to health and performance in athletes.  Too much fat and you won't perform well or meet your composition goals.  Not enough fat leads to dangerous hormone imbalances that can lead to major health problems.

Since 2010, I have coached hundreds of athletes in nutrition of all levels, from beginner to the most elite of the elite. 

There is a big difference between nutrition for certain physique changes and nutrition focused on performance.  I have spent a decade studying the differences and have developed an evidence-based method that improves the performance and recovery of strength athletes, while making any desired physique changes.

I take pride in keeping performance of my athletes as the highest 
priority and have had many athletes become national and world champions under my coaching.  Together, we can accomplish great things!
